What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All items are shipped out via our local postal service company with tracking, but not insured. If you’d like your items insured, kindly contact us before your purchase & we’ll check for you.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Shipping delivery time varies depending on shipping method selected at check out.
EMS: 3-6 Business Days
Registered Air Parcel: 7-14 Business Days
Small Packet Shipping: 7-14 Business Days
Please note that there may be delays in shipment due to major holidays & customs.

How do I place an Order?
To place an order, please go to the shop section and select the item(s) you want to purchase, add it to your cart and proceed to check out. Check out allows you to add your shipping method and information, as well as make payment for your item(s).
Are All Items Ready Made or Pre-Order?
All items on the site are currently in stock and ready to ship in 1-3 Business Days after payment is received. In the event you’ve ordered a back ordered item, please allow 1-2 weeks for items to be made. We will notify you if there is a delay in your order.
Who should I to contact if I have any queries?
We can be contacted via email in case you have any questions.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
For any cancellation or changes to your orders, please notify us via email within 24 hours.
How Do I Track My Order?
A tracking number will be provided for every order & will track updates as it travels to your country.
* Please note: Not all locations will scan tracking/custom form numbers. There may be a lapse in between scans.
Do you under-declare packages or mark them as gifts?
We will mark all packages as gifts by default, but if you need items to be under-declared, do let us know. Please note that by doing so, we are unable to claim full insurance price in the event your items go missing (if you opt for no insurance coverage). Buyers are responsible for any customs fees charged in their country.
What should I do if my items do not arrive within the time frame stated above?

All sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds, but if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please feel free to contact us to see what can we do for you.
General Information
What Doll Sizes Do You Have?
We have a Volks YoSD Elena, Bluefairy Shiny Fairy May, LUTS Boy Event Head, Bluefairy Tiny Fairy Sarang, AS17 Male Body, SD13 Body. Temporarily residing in the Mikamori Atelier is a Volks SD13 School C (belonging to Jin).
We will be able to sew for these dolls (or similar sized).
Do You Accept Commissions?
We do not accept commissions at the moment.
Payment
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We currently only accept PayPal as a payment method. Payments by credit/debit cards will be processed by PayPal.
What Currency Do You Accept?
All prices stated on this site are in US Dollars (USD) only. Payments made in another currency will be cancelled without notice.
Do You Accept Layaways?
Layaways are accepted for orders with custom dolls only. Contact us before making your purchase & we’ll work out the details.
A non refundable deposit of $100 minimum is required as first payment, with remaining balance to be cleared within 2 months unless agreed otherwise. Orders will then be processed and sent once all payment is done. Please note that all payments & deposits are NON REFUNDABLE should you cancel your layaway.
Care Instructions
Will the clothes stain my dolls?
Although all clothings are washed before hand, we cannot guarantee that there will not be any color transfer. We also do not recommend dark clothings to be left on your dolls for long periods of time.
How should I care for my dolls’ clothes?
Gently hand wash your dolls clothes in warm soapy water, rinse and lay them flat to dry on a towel/ or hang them to dry.
Are the clothes made from new materials?
All doll clothes are made with cloth bought new from stores or vintage/antique finds.
